Recommended daily intake
Take 1 tablet per day (but according to the recommendations of the Thai FDA, the RDI value that can be taken per day is not more than 100 g. (10,000 mg.)

How to take medicine

• Dissolve 1 SWISS ENERGY Collagen tablet in 200 ml of water.
• Take it at any time that is convenient for you because it can be completely absorbed.

Precautions

• Children and pregnant women should not eat. 
• People with a history of seafood allergy should be avoided
